Regarding "So Bring It On" Music Video.

As most of you know, the video for So Bring It On premiered yesterday. Unfortuantely I was out with my friends however I did get to see ONE Cheetah-Chit-Chat. I thought they were gonna play all of them at the same time and then premiere the video. But I guess I was wrong. They didn't even play it at 8. And I was told that the video for So Bring It On was the performance from Dc Games Closing Ceremonies and it had scenes from Twitches, Too, if that is the case then bad move for them. Hopefully, we'll get an official video. I really had high hopes for this album but... no comment.

"So Bring It On" Music video:

The music video consists of footage of the girls performing "So Bring It On" at the 2007 Disney Channel Games closing ceremonies combined with clips of the Disney Channel Original Movie, Twitches Too, in which "So Bring It On" will be featured.

It is possible for the girls to film an actual music video for the song sometime in the near future. This was also done by Aly & AJ for their song "Rush" and Vanessa Hudgens with her song "Say OK", both of which started out as concert performance music videos that were later re-filmed as actual music videos.

----------------

I really hope that they will film an actual music video.

wow you need to just RELAX. Seriously. The Cheetahs have such a huge fan base that the album will do well. Just because it's a performance music video doesn't mean the album is going to BOMB! seriously... least the song in on DC and Radio Disney and it is likely to be on MTV. That's publicity for the girls and that is going to sell the record. Just look at Ashley Tisdale's album. Her first single "Be Good To Me" was the performace from the HSM tour...and her album is doing well for someone whos music career had JUST begun.
Bottem line...the girls have a huge fanbase...maybe they didn't have enough time to shoot the real music video...but i'm sure they will soon enough!! Give them a chance!! seriously!

The way I see it is, is that the Cheetah's really DON'T Have a Huge fanbase because their music is targeted towards Young Teen/pre teen girls... I mean the music that Vanessa and Ashley sings are different becuz they talk about teen things (Love,Breakups) but I mean Cheetah's are stuck in this young girls thing such as girl power and stuff...They can do the same thing Ashley and them were doing (Esp since they are OLDER!) I can actually see why Raven chose not to continue in the group, becuz she doesn't want to be young Forever. It's bad enough the older fans don't have 3LW (the more mature side) but atleast let the cheetah's grow up a bit and go towards the Falling For You,This is Love direction. Unless they kill Fuego as the second single and do something MORE Mainstream and Mature...This album won't be on MTV,Even Raven's "Backflip" made it onto 106 & Park...

I THINK THIS ALBUM IS GOING TO BE A VERY GOOD SELLER, I THINK THAT BECOUSE THE GIRLS OTHER ALBUMS HAVE BEEN SO HUGE AND THE CHEETAH GIRLS ARE STILL VERY SUCCESSFUL IN WHAT THEY DO, PLUS THEIR GOING ON TOUR AND LOTS OF PEOPLE WILL ATTEND THAT!! A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL LIKE WHAT THEY HEAR AT THE CONCERT AND WILL BUY THE ALBUM!!

The album will do about 60K in the first week. If you think about it Disney didn't want this project. The Cheetah Girls PUSHED for it. Plus Disney doesn't really promote it's artists. So....... We are all just used to them (3LW) performing and promoting everywhere, but that unfortunately is not what disney does.

Um...the girls have stated MANY MANY times that with this album the fans would get to know them as Adrienne, Kiely, and Sabrina...and not as their characters from the films and they've stated that the music WILL BE MORE MATURE than the soundtracks (to counter the second comment up). Have you listened to their songs on their myspace?? Definitely more relatable to by older audiences....
I'm 18 and i love the Cheetah Girls. I don't see anything about "girl power" on this album.

you havent even heard the album yet, why judge is just by one video?

Emilie, Jack is referring to the promotion and how they didn't make a REAL music video for the song and that every is somewhat "cheap"

I think Fuego is a great mature club bouncer, which should've came out 1st...i'm sorry but SBiO is hot but not as a "break out of Disney into MTV/BET" type 1st single, its a GREAT Disney song though....Homesick is acually a great 4th ending single...like if they make da video during their next tour...As for the album selling, i think it was a mistake bringin it out this close to HSM 2 phase...not to mention Disney always treatin CG 3rd best to HSM an HannaMon. Esspecilly after Rae left...sorry but its true though, without Rae, Disney acts like, "o.k, we gon have to just deal and milk these other three until we cant anymore" I mean they gets NO respect promotion wise from Disney.

ravensbaby is right! But You aren't supposed to bring out your BEST song first and then get worse and worse. Bring It on is the perfect single because it's good, not great. Usually the second single is the best.
